Crystal & Bien-Être was born of a conviction: a product is only worth the quality of the advice that comes with it. In the shop, we favour a small, coherent selection.

We are a natural products shop, not a medical practice. Nobody here practises a health profession: we make no diagnosis, we prescribe nothing and we never stand in for your doctor or pharmacist. What we offer is a listening ear, a good knowledge of the products we sell and the perspective of many years of practice in the shop.
The food supplements, plant extracts and minerals we offer belong to a well-being and healthy-living approach. They replace neither a varied, balanced diet nor a treatment. If you are under treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, always ask a health professional before trying a product.
