No. Nobody in the shop practises a medical profession, and we make no diagnosis and no prescription. We share field experience and reading about natural products, for information only. Food supplements are not medicines: they replace neither a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, nor a treatment. If you are ill, under treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Orders ship by Colissimo from Moûtiers. Delivery within mainland France is free from €69; below that, the rate shown in the basket applies. We also deliver to the European Union, Switzerland and Monaco. Allow 2 to 3 working days after shipping for France, a little longer abroad. A tracking number is e-mailed to you.

Yes, pick-up at the shop is free. Order online, choose “Pick-up at the shop” and we e-mail you as soon as your order is ready, usually within one working day. Simply give your order number at the counter.

On the website, payment is by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) through Monetico, the secure payment solution of Crédit Mutuel – CIC; your card details never pass through our site. The shop’s gift vouchers will also be usable at checkout.

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Opened food supplements and cosmetics cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our terms of sale.

We prefer a short selection to an endless catalogue: French or European laboratories, readable formulas, standardised plant extracts and minerals whose origin we know. Every reference answers a precise use that we can explain in the shop.

Phytotherapy is the traditional use of plants (extracts, infusions, essential oils); gemmotherapy uses macerates of buds and young shoots; crystal healing (lithotherapy) is concerned with minerals and stones.
