What are the properties of Glucosamine-Chondroitin?

Copper and manganese:
stimulate the synthesis of collagen fibres, part of the cartilage matrix.
Harpagophytum extract:
also called "Devil's Claw" has soothing effects and considerably accelerates the action of the combination.

What is Glucosamine used for?

Glucosamine is a basic element from which the body produces substances such as chondroitin sulfate of joint cartilages and hyaluronic acid, a component of joint fluid.
It is part of the composition of proteoglycans, substances that allow cartilages to absorb shocks.

What is Chondroitin used for?

Chondroitin sulfate belongs to the glycosaminoglycan family.
These chemical compounds ensure the structure and elasticity of much of our cartilage, skin, tendons and artery walls, among others.
Chondroitin sulfate is particularly abundant in joint cartilage where it is part of the composition of proteoglycans, substances that allow cartilages to absorb shocks.

Usage advice: How and when to take Glucosamine-Chondroitin?

Take 4 capsules per day with meals for a duration of 1 to 3 months
For the dosage (high but appropriate): 1500 mg of glucosamine sulfate and 1200 mg of chondroitin per day. These doses correspond to scientific studies that concluded positive results.
