What are the properties of Novoma Omega 3 capsules?

EPAX® ultra pure fish oil
- extracted at low temperature then decontaminated in Aalesund, Norway.
- purified according to a patented molecular distillation process eliminating all environmental pollutants and heavy metals

This process guarantees exceptional stability of polyunsaturated fatty acids thanks to enrichment with natural antioxidants (rosemary extracts and tocopherols).

What are Omega 3s?

They are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids for our balance.
There are three types of omega 3 fatty acids:
- alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)
- eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
- docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
Where to find them?
- ALA: mainly in vegetable oils (chia, perilla or flax seeds)
- EPA and DHA: mainly present in fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, herring, tuna, sardine)
Our body cannot produce them, so dietary intake of fatty acids is necessary

How to take Novoma Omega 3 capsules?

Take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water.
To be taken during a meal.
For everyone, to meet the body's omega 3 needs.
Can be taken continuously, throughout the year.
1 bottle = 1 month treatment for 4 capsules per day

Contraindications

Omega 3 intake is not recommended for people taking anticoagulants.
