What is the composition of GPH's Vitamin D 1000IU tablets?

• Ingredients: lichen extract 100,000 IU/g of vitamin D3, maltodextrin, bulking agents: magnesium carbonate, orange extract.
• These tablets are made from plant lichen extract, ideal for vegetarians

How to take GPH's Vitamin D 1000IU tablets?

• 2 tablets per day equivalent to 2000 IU of vitamin D3 with a large glass of water.
• From 0 to 10 years old, 1 tablet per day equivalent to 1000 IU of vitamin D3 with a large glass of water.

Precautions:

• Food supplements do not replace a varied diet.
• The recommended daily doses must not be exceeded.
