• Extract of berberis roots (berberis aristata) standardised to at least 97% berberine hydrochloride 1200 mg (i.e. 1164 mg berberine)
• chromium picolinate 322.4 µg (40 µg chromium i.e. 100% of the NRV*)
• Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide. Vegetable capsule.

What is berberis?

• Berberis aristata:

How to take the Zero Sugar capsules from SfB?

• Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at midday before meals.
• Protocol for a minimum of 3 months
