Water, Salt, Sulphur: the functioning of our body
100% of physiology (bodily chemical exchanges) and 100% of the functioning of metabolisms. Sulphur, Salt and Water make up 61% of the human body
The equation of our body: water, salt, sulphur
These "three details" represent 100% of physiology (bodily chemical exchanges), and 100% of the functioning of metabolisms. Sulphur, Salt and Water make up 61% of the human body but are ignored by 99% of people…
Water carries life: to believe that in the body, water only serves to fill voids and swell tissues is foolish.
Drinking without balancing your water intake with salt and sulphur is like imagining that a single wire is enough to light a bulb while forgetting electricity.
Water is the essential acidic chemical element for the functioning of all metabolisms.
Water is retained in the body thanks to the sulphur in albumin, its chemical effects are ensured by the sodium provided by salt (sodium chloride).
Without sulphur, water cannot be retained in the tissues nor between the organs.
Without salt, water has no chemical effect and is not an electrolyte.
Water makes up 60% of the body. An adult weighing 90kg has 54 litres of water, including 6 litres in the blood, and about 20 litres in the interstitial fluid.
This fluid is dosed at 0.6% salt, that is 250g of salt in solution to ensure all vital exchanges.
Those who proclaim that salt is unnecessary are like a mechanic who would say that a car runs well if it never exceeds 20% of the engine speed.
As for sulphur, thanks to its presence in albumin, it allows this molecule to bind 36 times its volume of water. Without it, in an upright position, the body’s water would descend into the feet.
Without Sulphur and without Salt, the water goes away…
Drinking is not a ritual, a chore or a duty, it is a gesture of life, which everyone must identify and quantify. The human being has a sensor in the throat, which signals the amount of water that suits them. This mechanism is stimulated by salt which has passed before, which is why drinking salted water is less effective than drinking after having eaten salt.
To swallow the right amount of water, just a pinch of salt beforehand is enough, to stop at the sip. Nature shows us that water, salt and sulphur are inseparable in their implications for life.
At the bottom of the oceans, we are beginning to discover the origins of life, in an environment containing water, salt and a lot of sulphur and very little carbon…
To be in good health, everyone must ensure to maintain within themselves the good general conditions of bodily chemical exchanges: the balance of water, salt and sulphur
Nature and history show us the way. To be convinced of this, just look around us: from Brides les Bains to La Lèchère passing through Challes les Eaux, our thermal waters contain salt and sulphur….
