How to take Human By Nature's ADN Telomeractives tablets?

From 1 to 3 tablets per day depending on age, to be taken with a large glass of water during main meals.

• 40 years: 1 tablet per day
• 50 years: 2 tablets per day
• 60 years and over: 3 tablets per day

Precautions for use:

• Reserved for adults
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• Use not recommended for women with personal or family history of breast cancer
  (the recommended daily portion must not lead to an intake of isoflavones exceeding 1mg/kg of body weight. Note: 60mg if you weigh 60kg – 3 tablets provide less than 1.5mg of astragalus isoflavones), in accordance with regulations
• Use prohibited for children
• Use not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women
• Prolonged use not recommended (precaution related to polygonum c.).
  Note: 3 tablets do not contain more than 1.5mg of anthraquinone derivatives (laxative substances), in accordance with regulations
